About the event

This workshop is designed for folx who feel overwhelmed by their emotions and responses to daily life. I have been there myself and I'm still learning. But along the way I've collected many coping tools that help me navigate this (sometimes really really really insensitive) world as a very sensitive person. 

If you're sensitive, you know what I mean. It can be emotional sensitive where you feel things a little more intensely that it seems for others ....all the way down to being sound or physical sensitive to touch or energy. Being sensitive has a wide range of definitions unique to the individual. Let me show you how to make your sensitivity a GOOD thing and how to use it in your daily life as such.
