Service Description

Awaken and align your body with this gentle rising time yoga class suitable for all ages, body sizes and experience levels. After easeful movements to awaken the body, you will be led through a grounding guided meditation. Yoga has many benefits such as -reducing stress -increasing compassion -encouraging body and mental health -process emotions -learn to emotionally regulate -heal with extra oxygenation -rewire the brain's old programming We'll begin seated with light breathing to tune in with the breath and build our movement in an approachable way. This means many modifications/variations will be given to guide you to make the right choices for you as an individual. It's about us being good in order to be good as a whole. Ending with longer stretches and a short rest, this class will address : -strength -flexibility -decrease stress -rejuvenate the spirit -reset the nervous system -quiet the mind You'll be reassured along the way to follow your own body and intuition- never being encouraged to do anything outside of your truth. ****If you are LGBTQI+ BIPOC or low income please contact me for a scholarship to class****** If you have ANY concerns, limitations or disabilities that I can know to ensure your amazing experience please let me know.
