They say nothing comes easy. They say keep going. But what about the days where this keep-it-movin' attitude doesn't seem possible? Living with a mind that currently still unravels in negative thoughts, in past traumas or imagines situations that aren't so light, staying light is a daunting task.
And often it is unaccomplished. And that's okay.
What I've observed about myself is that making new habits that serve my desired state of mind will come in handy when times feel down. Adopting a healthy diet with foods that nourish me, lots of sleep, yoga but mostly, patience with myself. Every moment listening to what my body and mind need so I can move forward. Nothing will be okay if you aren't okay. What changes can you make today that will help you feel better?
